To small harms and wounds adhesive tapes are enough. In those cases more important is higienical effect than real life – saving or rescue. And this is one of the most used elements. Medical rolls help to protect medicals against contact with blood. In this purpose doctors and nurse should use elastic, rubber gloves.

Well equipped life – saving set shold be – as a necessary – in each house, work place, car and as a part of luggage during school trips or mountains walking.

There is no precisely (by right) definite what should be in life – saving set. But logical is that medicals have to be ready to react in many situations, also in strange and very difficult. Accidents demand preparation to extremal challenges. Other problem is: if laic is in stand to use possibilities in sudden cases.
