Continuous business forms

I have many duties as a boss assistant. Somebody could laugh but it is really demanding. I have to care about many details. Last I have to for example chose continuous business forms for my boss. He's changed imege of our company and he wants to have compatible elements. It lasted all week to find good envelopes, styles of firms papers. It is so important because sometimes it is the first thing that sees our client or contractor. This items make our visiting – card.

Helping by decision I tried to suggest something more friendly, not simply serious, offish pattern. Of course, continuous business forms shold stay as a seriously and offishly... Nothing connected with money can be treat unprofessional. So for continuous business forms I chose traditional example in soft colors: light blue and green. In other questions come forward changes in image, I needed a help of proffesional designers: it was about problem with walls, furniture. I really don't understand why my boss ordered me to fix all of it. Anyway I done it and we have new office in old place – success that is appreciated by customers.

The most difficult task is to fix all his travells and official trips. My boss likes very much to do crazy journeys to strange places. Last time it was New Zealand. Hw wanted to go there "right now". I had to explain him how long takes to fix permision, visum and so on. For tourists it's not a real problem but still needs a time. I arranged everything about this journey that he had dreamed on. But his unpatience was very stressfull. Luckily, he is very good boss and I like work for him and do all strange exercises – everything except phone calls, letters and so on. My job is challenge and I wouldn't changed in any case. I have university degree and I could be engaged on more serious position. But what for? If I like my job, I work with nice people and do necessary things – I don't need to take a part in business negotiations or experience bussiness meeting.
